Woke up this morning and was excited to try out leveling my character with 2024 PHB since I pre-ordered at the Hero Tier. Nothing seems to indicate it's available yet. When I go to choose my subclass, it's got 4 subclasses for Druid but they are Dreams, Spores, Wildfire and Shepherd rather than the Land, Sea, Moon and Stars from the 2024 PHB. No other subclass is selectable. When I go into the source books and try to read from the source book, it takes me to the pre-order page and, somewhat ironically, tells me I own the item. Any ideas?

When I make a magic user at 4th level, it doesn't give me the option for the new War Caster feat, which is disappointing, considering it is in the new phb, may want to look at that
This has been posted at least once on every page. Please read the main post first. As for your problem, it's because it has a prerequisite that is preventing it from showing up correctly. For now you will have to go into your character sheet for now and turn off "Use Prerequisites: Feats". (I do not work for Wizards of the Coast.)

In my digital physical bundle pre-order from June The physical players handbook was canceled I was send an email letting me know that it was canceled but gave no description or information as to why. Check your D&D beyond pre-orders people I won't be ordering from them again. I have not been refunded for the canceled book.
I am unable to add homebrew spells to a 2024 wizard character. The homebrew option is turned on and all other homebrew seems to be functioning.
Homebrew items, monsters, etc. will work, but you have to retag all your homebrew spells with the 2024 class tags in the spell builder (CLASS AVAILABILITY box). I just spend several days retagging my +/- 700 homebrew spells (90% of which are third party spells I had entered as homebrew for private use within our shared campaigns)....
Same goes for 2014 homebrew subclasses, if you want to use them with a 2024 class. It's even worse, because you have to create another subclass using the 2024 version of the class and copy/paste and recreate every subclass feature.
(To be clear, you can still use "as is" your 2014 homebrew subclass ans spells with a 2014 Legacy class.)

I did look for that. When I follow the link listed, there is no button called "Sync My Entitlements" anywhere. It does indicate at the top of the page that all of my entitlements are synced however.

Well, that is something I did not see. I did however just check as it is after 10am ET and I'm still having the same issue.
The post on the main page says Hero Tier subscribers would have this available by 10AM ET.
It is 11AM and I do not have access to any of the PHB 2024 rules just the basic rules. All my titles show as synced under my licenses. Seems like their is an issue with the release. It would in my humble opinion have made more sense to give all subscribers access to build options at the same time.
The wholeness of the body for the Warrior of the open hand has an error. The correct number of uses is showing up. Looks like it was an older issue that was fixed in the 2014 version as my 2014 monks don't have it.

CLASSES/SUBCLASSES Barbarian
Barbarian Rage damage bonus now accurately scales with levels.
Cleric
War Caster can be selected as a feat.
Druid
The 2024 Druid’s number of prepared spells now reflects the table in the 2024 Player’s Handbook.
Monk
Deflect Attack: Redirect Attack now uses two Martial Arts dice instead of one.
Warrior of Mercy Monk’s Hand of Healing now scales appropriately.
Ranger
Rangers are now able to choose ASIs, not just feats.
2024 Ranger’s Strength saving throw should now show proficiency.
Fey Wanderer subclass now shows the correct spells.
Sorcerer
Sorcerers should now have access to the spells granted to them by their subclasses.
The Divine Soul Sorcerer subclass is working as intended: the features show up as abilities/actions rather than spells.
Warlock
Subclass spells now consume spell slots.
The following Warlock invocations are now supported: Devouring Blade, Eldritch Smite, Gifts of the Protectors, Investment of the Chain Master, Lifedrinker
SPECIES
All Dragonborn Draconic Ancestries have regained the use of their Breath Weapons.
Goliaths can no longer use Large Form at 1st level.
Tiefling’s Infernal Legacy spells should reflect their Charisma bonus in the DC.
SPELLS
Spells that were incorrectly listed as “At Will” now consume spell slots.
Spells from the Elemental Evil Player’s Companion should now be marked correctly as Legacy: Ice Knife, Vitriolic Sphere, and Thunderclap.
Cure Wounds healing now scales correctly and has been placed in its proper school of magic.
2024 Shillelagh’s damage die now scales correctly with levels.
Dual Wielder should now show up for characters with a Dexterity score of 13+.
FEATS
Dual Wielder should now show up for characters with a Dexterity score of 13+.
Medium Armor Master now shows the correct prerequisites.
Skulker should now show up for characters at level 4+.
BACKGROUNDS
When choosing the Entertainer background for a 2024 character, the incorrect abilities were displayed when assigning three +1 scores. This has been fixed.
OTHER
Common Sign Language is now available to select as a language.
Extra Attack now shows two attacks per action instead of one, as intended.
We’ve also resolved some text issues where things were mislabeled, misspelled, or incorrectly written, as well as incorrect tooltips.

The Ranger's Tireless feature doesn't let you mark off how many uses you've expended in the character sheet.

No fixes since the 4th?
There have been fixes, but they aren't communicating them at all.
Most update and patches roll out on Tuesdays after a few more hours so just wait till then to see if there are new changes

Well, that is something I did not see. I did however just check as it is after 10am ET and I'm still having the same issue.
The Licenses page apparently says 8:40am Pacific for Hero tier early access. That is more in line with when new books usually drop on the site.
