Does Initiative no longer benefit from Jack of All Trades, or is this a glitch in DDB?
The 2024 Jack of All Trades specifies "any ability check you make that uses a skill proficiency". Because initiative isn't a skill, it doesn't benefit it.
If you have the polearm mastery feat and using a quarterstaff or spear, the +2 damage from the dueling weapon feat isn't being added to the "Pole Strike" bonus action
What I am seeing is that the "Always Prepared" message appears only in the character editor when adding spells. The spell Aid shows "Always Prepared" on my Bard and on my son's Paladin when adding spells but if we don't click LEARN or PREPARE - the spell is not actually available. This appears to be a display issue in the Add Spell portion of the builder but not an actual failure of the game rules.
A PC in one of my campaigns gets aid for free via his cleric domain. Because it's also showing up as always prepared via the 2024 free rules, it shows up twice on the Spells tab on his character sheet. He never clicked "learn" or "prepare" for either instance since they were already "always prepared".
Also, my daughter just made a new 2024 druid, and the aid spell shows up on the Spells tab on her character sheet and is "always prepared" in the Manage Spells sidebar.
But both bard PCs I'm DMing for have got it listed as "always prepared" in their available spells, but it doesn't show up in the Spells tab on their character sheets.

the dueling fighting style only applies when using a weapon with one hand. I'd wager that the pole strike bonus action requires a second hand to make it properly. I know that polearm master does not specify that, but that's how I'd rule it.

Rules as written, the Grand Admiral has a point. Spear and quarterstaff are both usable one-handed and, as noted, Polearm Master doesn't say anything about having to wield the weapon two-handed to gain its benefits.
"Pole Strike" is added to a character sheet simply by virtue of having the feat. You don't need to have an applicable weapon equipped or even in your inventory. The nature of the weapon the character wields has no effect on the stats of the bonus action, and that's why Dueling isn't added to the damage. You have to customize the bonus action to add the bonus, same as you do if the weapon were magical.
I liked Tasha's ability points changes too. They should have just let you add them and not associated them at all. I am, however, fine with the rest of the new background design, including the specific origin feat for each.
Bug Report - Shillelagh: 1) Shillelagh triggers double Damage, as the User can use normal or force damage,
2) As a Quarterstaff can bei used one or tow handed, it changed the Damage from D6 to D8. Shillelagh can be used on a Club, or a Quarterstaff and changed the Damage die to D8 (and more with increasing level) It does not depend on one or two handed use.
3) Shillelagh does not get the Bonus from Duelling, as i can be uses onehanded.
I ordered the bundle ( digital plus book ) for 2024 Players. while Beyond was updated instantly, It shows my physical book Still hasn't shipped. It shows i ordered it, paid for it, but nearly a month later still hasn't shipped. Does anyone else have this issue? What is the best way to contact wizards over this since there are no customer service portals or email provided?

I have the exact same issue. I raised a support ticket with Wizards, but 2 weeks later it's still not addressed. The link to raise a ticket is: Submit a request – D&D (wizards.com)
You know..given all the hassles everyone seems to be experiencing with early preordering of books, I think I'll just hold off on buying the 2024 DMG.

It likely went fine for most people, and with only minor bumps for a lot of the rest. It's just that there are a lot of people ordering, so even a small percent of problems is a lot. And also their support desk is woefully understaffed for this.
Which doesn't mean you should order the DMG. It's not like it's going to be in short supply.
The way you have made language selection a species trait (which it isn't in either the 2024 or 2014 players handbook) has lead to compatibility issues. If you pick a pre-2024 species and a 2024 background, you will only have two languages when you are supposed to have 3. Likewise when you pick a 2024 species and a pre-2024 background you end up with like 5 languages. This is really messy and could have been avoided if languages were kept as part of the backgrounds.

That’s some unnecessary BS right there.
If I had to speculate, they probably updated that because a lot of people didn't realize Jack of All Trades applied to Initiative in the first place.
Honestly, it was probably an oversight that it ever did in the first place, though they're unlikely to ever admit to that.

Regardless, it's a bit borked and needs fixing!

Probably because they coded Polearm Master as Heavy weapons, which requires two hands, eliminating the Dueling feat damage add. Definitely a bug.
What subclass of Druid did she choose and what level of Druid?
Star druid. 3rd level.

Yeah, bug. It's most likely supposed to be the Speak with Animals spell from the 1st level Druidic feature on page 80 of the 2024 PHB.
Nah, that shows up. It’s a bug with the implementation of the 2024 free rules version of aid, as it’s not only a problem with the druid.
