I have to imagine that this has been reported, but I am not reading 79 pages to see if it is.
Subclass features do not have the level they are gained inline with their subclass descriptions, which essentially make them appear as if they are gained at level 3 without further reference and inference from the class table. This is properly displayed in the book and should be a simple fix to remove confusion for those that never purchase the physical copy.
Using a Warlock with a Heavy Reach Pact Weapon. Taking Polearm Mastery adds 'Pole Strike' as a Bonus Action, but it defaults to using STR as the attack stat, with no option to select that it's a 'Pact Weapon' and to use CHA.
Pole Stike lists as being only 5ft range, despite the Polearm having Reach.

You're referring to the Polearm Master feat, not a weapon mastery... Pretty sure the Pole Strike bonus action attack has always had 5ft reach, as you're attacking with the butt of the polearm which is generally closer to you with how polearms are normally held.
As far as indicating that the weapon is a "pact weapon", you need to have:
Pact of the Blade invocation
Then you need to go to the item in your inventory tab that is going to be your pact weapon and click on it so it shows the tooltip bar.
The weapon tooltip that appears will have a "Pact Weapon" checkbox that you need to check so it uses the correct stat.
After that you should see it's attack under the action tab reflecting that it's a pact weapon underneath the weapon name, and it's damage and to hit modifiers should match their CHA mod and CHA mod + prof. bonus respectively.
As far as I can tell with my test character, everything is working correctly in relation to Polearm Master and Pact Weapon mechanics.
I see that yall added a weapon mastery option when i make a magic item. (for instance i added the cleave mastery from halberd to the double bladed scimitar for a campaign) but even after i added it and put everything i think i need to use it still doesn't show up or tell me i can use it in the character sheet. is this not supposed to function? or am i misunderstanding what this option is for?

You know, before coming here to tell somebody they're wrong you probably should have checked it out, first.
The OP is correct. With Pole Strike from PAM, the main weapon attack action uses CHA, while the bonus action is still STR. Just make sure your test character has STR and CHA with different modifiers. You can click it on an off, weapon attack action to hit changes, but Pole Strike does not.
I am having issues accessing any subclasses other than devotion for the paladin, even though I own the 2014 rulebook. can we fix the character maker to show all subclasses from the books we DO own?

Change your class to the 2014/Legacy version of the Paladin class. Make sure the Legacy toggle is turned on in the Home tab.
Legacy/Expanded content Eldritch Invocations, such as Book of Ancient secrets, Eldritch Smite, Aspect of the Moon, and more cannot be selected by 2024's warlock, even though you can still select legacy/expanded content such as feats or races. A short list of Invocations that should be able to be selected but currently cannot are the following:
Cloak of the Flies
Book of Ancient Secrets
Far Scribe
Ghostly Gaze
Gift of the Everliving Ones
Grasp of Hadar
Improved pact weapon
Lance of Lethargy
Maddening Hex
Relentless Hex
Shroud of Shadows
Tomb of Levistus
Tricksters Escape
Undying Servitude
Can we please get an update on this? It is a JOKE that after two months over half the eldritch invocations are just MISSING from warlock despite the fact they should be by all rights options for the 2024 warlock.

There's nothing to update because those invocations aren't a part of the 2024 Warlock as of yet?
2024 Paladin Spells still appear twice in the list of Known Spells.
This is in addition to 2014 spells appearing once with the legacy tag.
That makes three instances of the same spell for existing 2014 Paladins. Not seen the same bug in any other class I've looked at, including Bard spells for the same (multiclassed) character. It's a new bug that was introduced a couple of weeks ago. No idea what change was made to Paladins to cause this ridiculous situation.

My understating is the weapon can have the traits but your character has to have the Class Feature of Weapon Mastery and choose that weapon to use make use of the feature.
Not sure if this has been mentioned or not yet. But it appears that the spells granted by Origin: Background feats are not showing properly. for example the Origin: Background feat Mage Initiate states the following
Origin Feat
You gain the following benefits.
Two Cantrips. You learn two cantrips of your choice from the Cleric spell list. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this feat’s spells (choose when you select this feat).
Level 1 Spell.Choose a level 1 spell from the same list you selected for this feat’s cantrips. You always have that spell prepared. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
Spell Change. Whenever you gain a new level, you can replace one of the spells you chose for this feat with a different spell of the same level from the chosen spell list.
Repeatable. You can take this feat more than once, but you must choose a different spell list each time.
The spell only has the option to cast once and does not appear as a prepared spell to be cast with available spell slots.
the magic bonus for items like +1 longsword don't seem to be applying to the to hit or damage. The issue also happens with unique weapons with the magic bonus like the sun blade.

If it was in an expanded rule (not the 2014 PHB) it should still be available. However, if it was removed in the update to 2024, that is intentional.
I can't select the elven accuracy feat with the 2024 elf species (but I can with astral elf, so the content is enabled). Is this intended?

Oath of Vengeance not showing for Paladin character creation in spite of having the proper purchases. All synched up and still no show.
Are you using the 2024 version of the class or the 2014 version? Which books do you own?
I own 2014 but also have the master's sub.
I own, 2024 DMG, 2014 PHB, XGE, TCE, MMM
