Im having an issue when trying to check out (preordering the 2024 players handbook). every time I select review order i get an error message saying "Some input fields are invalid" and it highlights the province box (canadian) despite it having ontario selected. i have tried selecting a different province and witching it back but i keep getting the error.

Solved: dndbeyond doesn't ship outside USA you need to purchase through the WOTC partner in Canada. There's a button in the purchase menu that will redirect you.
This is the problem, I don't want to order the digital/physical copy bundle, I just want the digital version, and the external WOTC site only offers the bundle option. It seems absurd that if you live outside the US that you cannot order just the digital version.
I can't even get to the Payment screen. Stuck at Shipping and whenever I click the "NEXT: PAYMENT" red button on the bottom, nothing happens. Tried a few browsers and same on all.

Hi all, so I've played around this for about an hour and finally got it to work. Not saying this will work for everyone, but damn it was such a hassle.
Okay so for all who don't know you'll have update your payment and address information prior to purchasing. For whatever reason dndbeyond.com/account and marketplace.dndbeyond.com/account don't share the same information (literally just found out about this today by playing around the websites). On marketplace.dndbeyond.com/account if you haven't already updated your payment and address information, this seemed to be the problem for me. I had updated all information on both domains went back to marketplace, re-added everything back into the cart and tried to purchase again. All information should already be inputted as long as you saved the information, I also clicked on edit on address and payment to make sure the provinces/states was not acting up and seemed to work, got through all three tabs and was finally able to purchase. Hopefully this helps!

No physical copies of anything, I'm just ordering Digital and getting the same error. *headdesk* Someone make it make sense.

Solution! If you use Apple Pay or pay pal instead of manually inputting your credit card it WILL let you buy digital only through dnd beyond!

MCG and Chaosium are happy to take my money for digital versions. Does Hasbro/WotC not want money from outside the US?

It's batshit bonkers, but this worked for me. Beyond comprehension that this is the checkout system for a multi-billion dollar multi-national company.
