I have the same issue. I was able to get to the Payment screen using the fix, but then on the Payment screen it re-complains about Ontario being invalid.
Did not work for me. It won't accept the province field. (I'm in Alberta). Tried updating the address in marketplace and dndbeyond but no joy. Guess Hasbro just doesn't want my money.
I've added a note in my support ticket to include a link to this thread. Hopefully if my support ticket gets resolved, then others might be resolved as well. I'm kind of hoping it's an issue with the site and not an issue with our accounts/profiles. If it's the site, then one repair could hopefully fix all of us, but if it's an issue with our accounts then they might need to be resolved one at a time.
Also having this issue. Paypal also isn't working (nothing happens after the Paypal popup closes). Tried the method of adding my address and payment info to my account before checking out, and now I can't even get to the payment page of the checkout flow.
Found a fix that worked for me. It has a problem with any address that isn't one saved to your account. But even then, I still had to save my card details, and when it would default to my saved address and card info I had to unselect them and reselect them and it finally worked. It is an issue with Canadian addresses it seems, I'm out in Newfoundland.
It didn't work for me. When I get to the payment screen the page still treats "Ontario" like an invalid province. Last time I checked Ontario was a province in Canada. WHAT THE HECK WotC! How can this go on so long without a resolution? My next session with my players in on Oct 20. This has been going on for nearly a month. Get your XXXX together.
I tried this and so many iterations and it keeps dropping the province from my billing address no matter what I do (also Newfoundland) and saying payment invalid.
And if I try to use paypal, which I have an account for, nothing happens after the paypal pop up goes away.
I was finally able to get this to work for me. This issue may be caused by an Ad Blocker. What worked for me was using a new installation of the Brave browser and turning off the site shields for dndbeyond.com and retyping all of my address and payment info. I didn't use any saved addresses or payment.
It may be an Ad Blocker or some other browser add-on that could intercept/modify page content that's causing the issue. You may want to delete any saved addresses or payment methods first. They may have been saved while the Ad Blocker was on, and those addresses may have background issues you can't see. Best to delete them and start from scratch. If you have an Ad Blocker (or some other add-on), turn it off for dndbeyond.com, clear your browser cache, then try again.
Update: I was going through the motions again, to capture screen shots as I had submitted a customer support request and they wanted screen shots, I was running into the same issues except this time when I tried manually entering my credit card info (instead of using the saved card, though literally the exact same info was entered)... it inexplicably went through? *shrug*
I changed nothing. And I had tried manual entry the last time. So I don't know what voodoo I did this time.... it's still ridiculous how difficult it has become to purchase a digital copy of something....
I guess my post ad blocker attempt just randomly worked just like this. I had tried all the combos of saved vs non-saved info for address and payment and the post ad blocker was just the first one to work. It was a re-attempt at entering everything manually. So roll the dice and until there’s a patch just keep trying and you might get lucky. Best of luck!

Still not working for me. We shouldn't have to use PayPal. Possibly a class-action by Canadian customers is needed?
Thanks so much for this fix.
I am not even able to purchase on partner site.
What button exactly?

I have this same problem. The Canadian province I'm selecting in their dropdown is being shown as invalid.
In Alberta and having the same issue to purchase. I'm not setting up a Paypal account.

Same. Impossible to buy any books on the market place. Living in Canada. I've sent an email to their support service for a week and no answers...

I'm still having the same issue too :(

I guess they just really don't want my money....

I hope you all get your payment issues resolved.
It has nothing to do with adblockers.
