I have checked multiple campaigns with Fizban's shared.
A sorcerer can se the spell but a wizard can not
D&D Beyond claims it is a spell in the wizard spell list, but my wizard who can learn 3rd level spells. I verified sorcerer can see the spell but a wizard cannot. My wizard wants to the learn the spell. but it is not showing in the list when D&D Beyond claims it is supposed to be there.
