I made an Archfey Patron Warlock with Pact of the Blade, and I'm supposed to be able to choose the ability that impacts Proficiency bonuses. I see a checkbox for "Pact Weapon" on my Rapier, but it's using Dexterity by default instead of my Charisma. Is there supposed to be a dropdown for me...?

Yeah its a little bugged at the moment. Right now pact weapon is only adding Proficiency Bonus+Dex Mod
If you click on customize you can manually add the difference for modifiers, Be sure to add +to hit and damage as you are blade pact.
Say your Dex is +2 but Cha is +4 just add +2 to hit and damage.
I had to do that with the dueling feat a while ago
