I bought the grand 2024 bundle (all 3 in digital and physical) back in July and thought that the 2024 Player Handbook would be delivered to me by now, since it has been released (Sep 17). I can see on Amazon that I could get it tomorrow. I've sent in a ticket a fews days ago but have heard nothing back. The Order history page is not much help. It says Order placed for all three, so I don't know if that status is for the whole order or the PHB.
Have any of you received your physical PHB yet? If not, are you seeing anything about a delivery time or more specific status? Also, if you know of a better way to get in contact with WotC), please share.
Support is pretty much useless right now. They are barely responding and most of their responses are generic responses they copy past and send to everyone at once.
The best strategy at the moment seems to be to sit tight and wait...pretty discouraging I know.
Well, I got mine. However, it looks like it was thrown all the way to the Canadian border, so I've been waiting 2 days for a reply also. Ordered 4 items and the damage appears to get progressively worse. By the time the Monster Manual ships, it'll probably just arrive as the back cover and a cardboard flap.
