The good news: all of my digital orders are still accessible
The bad news: I'd purchased the digital/physical bundle for all 3 new books, and I'm guessing that I should have at least received a shipping notice for the physical PHB. No joy.
Check filter at the top right. Make sure you have 6 months or 1 year selected and not 3 months.
I was part of the 2024 PHB debacle. I eventually received my physical book.
Coming up on the 2024 DMG and nothing is showing on my page anymore. I also still show all three digital licenses on my account, bought and paid for on the day of the pre-order.
Hope we get our books, otherwise, as long as I am not charged I'm just going to buy them elsewhere on sale. Then NEVER purchase anything physical directly from wizards/dndbeyond again. But we will see how they handle it.
I was too, but it was resolved quickly in my case. Just concerned about getting the rest of the books. My pre-order is still there; however, all of the prices are wrong.
I'm will go back to getting my physical books from either Amazon or LGS. Good luck to both of us on getting the rest of the books.

I've made several purchases in the new marketplace (i.e. after 30 April 2024), but sometime in the last few weeks, my order history erased.
What I mean is that this page https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/account/orders used to list my purchases, but now says "No orders found":

All of my orders after April 30, 2024 are gone. Including my core rule book preorder. I do see all my digital purchase under licenses.
