So ive been having this issue trying to purchase it seems like any book off the marketplace. whenever i try to put the 2014 dungeon masters book into my cart and tried to purchase, what would end up happening is after the address part where i put everything in right it would then go to the payment process of buying. but once i were to select paypal it would accept my sign in and everything but then after i click pay it would close the paypal like it was to pay but then nothing happens and im stuck on that page still and ive been so confused about this.
and no its not charged me despite approving each time
I have the same problem trying to buy stuff off the market place. I also tried to use just a credit card but it then complains that there isn't a billing address. I tried both transactions in both Chrome and Edge, same behavior.
it was confusing paypal for some reason isn't working what so ever but i did figure out how to use my debit card. i had to link my card to my account which feels a little over excessive to need to do but it at least let me finally buy the things i wanted.
