I can't delete the species option for my homebrew species, when i go on my creations and try clicking the plus symbol on the species option to delete it, nothing happens i'm not sure if you delete them the same way as you do the actual species or you have to do it a different way or if this is a bug, any help would be amazing thank you all.

You can edit the main species and delete it from there.

I don't have the main species anymore but the species options are still there

What do you mean “don’t have it anymore?” Did you delete it? If so, then go to your homebrew creations, and click/tap “show advanced features.” Find the field that has the [× PRIVATE] [× PUBLISHED] buttons, click/tap that field to select [× DELETED], then click/tap the × symbols on the [× PRIVATE] and [× PUBLISHED] buttons to deselect them and click/tap the [FILTER CREATIONS] button. Then find the base species and restore it to your collection. Reset the filters to remove the [× DELETED] filter and add the [× PRIVATE] filter back in and re-filter your ‘brews. Then you should be able to delete the species option and then re-delete the base species.

Yup, nothing’s actually deleted, just archived.

I have the same problem, except mine was just sub races of existing races and now that thry have changed names to species they don't work anymore as the original race, seems to have changed in the database.

Is there some way for me to enter the sub race? Maybe with some Url editing? 

I dunno. I would submit a support ticket if I were you.
