@sillvva can you explain why mine shows all three physical books as Order Placed?
I have yet to receive the Player Handbook. (And as of now, I went out and bought one, so I do not want the one from WotC)
I cannot give specific information about orders other than what we've been told. I would recommend reaching out to support and asking if you can cancel your order for a refund.

After I got that message I contacted YOUR support team who told me I had to reorder. So I did. So what, I've paid you twice now?! Am I getting two DM guides when I only wanted one! This is not competent business. Fix this. I want someone to tell me I haven't paid twice for this book and that I'm not getting two.
I have the same issue. I ordered three bundle and paid long ago. I got the dmg notice and opened a ticket. Later that day they replied AND i got the email telling me to disregard the original issue. That WOULD be fine except that today my back has a pending charge for $39.75 from WotC, the EXACT amount mentioned in their email.
This impacts available funds and is an unacceptable business practice for a company as large as Hasbro WotC.
So, today I got an email from Order@ saying my DMG order WAS cancelled after all and I should reorder. I also received a coupon for a very small discount. What is going on here?
Look at your order history (may have to expand it past 3 months) and find your original order. Click on it and scroll down for the physical books. If it says canceled there, you need to use the coupon to reorder. If it says shipped, you should be good to go.
For those wondering you weren't actually charged for the physical books when you pre-ordered, you were just authorized for the full amount(physical and digital if you did the bundle) but only charged for the digital. The physical books don't get charged until just before they ship. Hence why this is happening now for us.
Wow, I gotta say that the interface in the newish order history thing is really terrible. I had no idea that it was only showing me three months, or that there was a way to expand it. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't seen this post. It's under "Show Filters" which is not intuitive at all.

I live in Europe and I bought the 2024 Digital & Physical Core Rulebook Bundle on 2024-09-29 22:29:03 but still haven't received the physical Player's Handbook (2024) ... and wonder if I will not receive the DMG either. The bought items on the EU Site (https://dndstore.wizards.com/eu/) The items has been paid/charged from my bank account. I received the activation code for the 3 books and so far I have been able to activate the digital version of PHB on dndbeyond. I received an Invoice, stating that I would get the items.
But I'd like the physical books I paid for too.
I have made a "request" on Customer support on https://dnd-support.wizards.com/ half a month ago, but gets absolutely no reaction from anyone. I see that others has received a message about their order being cancelled and some talk about some kind of coupon offer?. I have seen nothing like that either. Do you know of any other support I should use in this case?

You will (most likely) get the items when the monster manual is released. It should say so in the order confirmation email. (No I do not agree with their approach and have thus cancelled my DMG and MM order, after which I received my PHB in a day or two.)

Hello, I'm having a bit of an odd issue with this, I got double charged? So, going back to August 2nd, I pre-ordered the DND 2024 Bundle. My Phb failed to send when the time came, and my DMG had also failed to send. I used Paypal as the payment Method. I filled out a support ticket both times.
I then recieved an email providing a discount code, telling me to re-purchase the DMG on the marketplace.
I got my DMG today after using the code provided in the email (making sure to use my Debit Card as the Payment method). However, I looked back at Paypal, and sure enough, the Initial payment still shows as processing? Even though that order was cancelled a week ago on November 4th, and it said the payment had failed. if that is the case why doesn't the payment on paypal reflect this?
since the order still shows as pending on paypal, I have no access to that money that is presumably just sitting there in the void. Is there anything I can do to get it back?
I see that physical DMG says cancelled in Order History from my Core Rulebooks preorder in June. I wasn't worried about this because I got a proactive email from them last week saying it WAS NOT cancelled, but in Order History it says that it is and there is no tracking number. I haven't gotten a code/rebate to reorder it as some seemed to have gotten in this thread, what should I do? I don't want to buy it twice.
WOTC with huge love for the game and for all the creators, ecommerce side of all this (and interface on things like order history) need a lot of work. Basic stuff, please consider prioritizing this
I submitted a ticket through WOTC. Have not heard anything back.
Got the digital and physical bundle as a birthday present. The physical PHB shipped and came in and the digital versions of the PHB and DMG are active, and the MM shows it is still ordered, but the DMG was mysteriously canceled. Shows a red dot on the order page, says it was canceled, no explanation. Was not charged for the DMG, buy it did change the pricing and discounts. Now if I order a DMG, will I be charged the higher price? If I buy it will I get the difference in the digital discount that disappeared for the DMG content?
I did not cancel, and the gift giver has no access to my account.

You either got the coupon code in an email today, or you have to open a support ticket to get it.
This should have been specified. I disputed the transaction. I received my dmg. Now my mm will be an issue. This is ridiculous.
