So I was tooling around with a character, and slowly raised them level by level.
I did this with a rogue and set dex at 18 then took a background that gave it a +1 to Dex.
At level 4, I took 'ability score improvement' and raised Dex to 20.
I took feats at level 8, 12, and 16 that only added to Dex (Crossbow Expert, Defensive Duelist, Skulker). I know it would not increase Dex since it was already at 20, but in theory, these feats were good for the character. (I'm testing a theory.)
At level 18 this character is fine. At level 19 however, when I choose my Epic Boon, something strange happens. All the previous Dexterity increases from the Feats suddenly "unlock" and raise my Dex 3 points.
Is this normal? The Epic Boon feat also increases a stat but the Dexterity increases suddenly start working, no matter what stat I choose from the Epic Boon selection (i.e. Charisma; even if it doesn't push that past 20.)

Is this supposed to work this way?
Bump?
