The illusionist wizard gains the minor illusion cantrip if it is not already known. However, the forest gnome racial minor illusion cantrip apparently does not count. This results in a situation where the forest gnome illusionist should be able to choose an additional wizard cantrip, but is unable to do so.
This problem can be recreated by created a third level forest gnome wizard and choosing the illusionist specialty. Minor illusion will be listed twice in the resulting character sheet with no option to choose another cantrip.
A possible temporary work around: Allow adding/subtracting of cantrips on character sheets. This would allow players to work around this issue in the meantime.
