I can't seem to get the tokens to portray as a popup.

I think it might be the parenthesis preventing the popup tool from working. Seems to be the same with other items that have a parenthesis as well.

Yeah, I can confirm. Any magical item that has a rounded bracket in the name doesn't appear as a link.
[ magicitem ]Feather Token (Anchor)[ /magicitem ] but removing spaces from within the square brackets gives: Feather Token (Anchor)
[ magicitem ]Belt of Giant Strength (Fire)[ /magicitem ] but removing spaces from within the square brackets gives: [Tooltip Not Found]
