I've enabled Crit Role content, closed the window and went back, and I still don't have Bloodhunter as an option
Hunh. It shows up for me. Note that a toggle is turned on if it is red. Some people find that counter intuitive. I’d suggest posting the url of the character so a moderator can take a look.
same, I really want to go order of the Lycan cus its the fastest and frankly the coolest way to be a werewolf in DND beyond but for some reason its not there

Just like the OP was told, you have to enable Crit Role Content for your character.

D&D Beyond FoundersIt's free - but you need to make sure that "Critical Role content" is toggled on, in the first tab of the character builder.

Try refreshing the page after you make sure that critical role content is turned on.
