I've seen a lot of reports that describe an issue but with nothing to help the staff test and replicate the issue. There are always questions about what you are using, etc. So the following information should be included in any technical bug report:
1) the exact problem occurring, the steps you take to find this problem and if it always does this. If it doesn't do it all the time, try to determine anything with your connection or what you are doing that might be different, if you can. Differences can be location even in your house or the type of connection you are using at the time. Another good thing for a difference test is try it on different devices just to confirm what it does or does not work on.
2) State what device and OS you are on and what type of connection you are using - wifi, direct, phone mobile connection. Good to say which way with a phone as my friends can't connect mobile at my house, but they can at least connect with my wifi for internet as an option.
3) What browser and version are you using?
4) And the time/duration of the issue making sure to give a time zone on the time.
These three things would make it far easier to test what is going on with the website and try to simulate your experience. I am sure the staff would greatly appreciate this and it would make their research of technical issues far quicker. Just two coppers from an IT/Telecom geek that has played in this industry various ways since the 80's. =)
