Hello below is an issue I believe is not supposed to happen when ever I expand a long list I can not get to things below besides zooming out such as Other Wisdom Checks below Perception highlighted below if more information is needed please let me know. my zoom was set to 100%. also if this is a know bug sorry tried to find something but could not.
Everything seems to be working on my end. Can you give a little more info on what browser you are using? I will make sure a dev sees this.
Ya np I am using Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) in Windows 10 on a 50" TV 4K. If you want me to test on others screens and different browsers let me know I'm in tech support as well so I'm glad to help out.
I'd recommend: Slim Scroll same idea but much prettier than the default scrollbars. Fits into a look and feel without too much trouble. Just attach it to a div with the proper height and you are done.
Though in this case there needs to be the ability to mouse over the tooltip. This way when you mouseover a tooltip it will stay there rather than disappearing when you go to move your mouse to scroll.
Alternative is to make the tooltip clickable, so if you clicked it it would open and stay open. This would let you scroll through easier.

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?
With different screen sizes, balancing how much information is shown in the side-bar can be a pain. Thanks for the report!

Also just a suggestion to try help with the different screen sizes using something like this Side Bar Scroll.
