Was coming here looking for this. I can't get my code to work and had to submit a ticket for it. Was hoping someone might have some examples of the different characters used in the codes such as zero or the letter O so I could tell the difference.
EDIT: I finally got mine to work. I had a lowercase 'L' followed by Uppercase 'I' right next to each other and looked exactly the same.
I activated the code(s) here and they were available in the app. Like the people above. Just watch out for the Caps and Lowercase L and I.

I opened the app today, and saw this book with a link to the Marketplace. Tapping the link was a dead end so I logged in via Chrome on my PC, and checked the Marketplace. It's not showing up there either. Anyone know what the heck is going?

The product is a Target exclusive until September 3rd. Those who purchase the physical product from Target will find codes that unlock access to the digital adventure on D&D Beyond.
The digital adventure will be purchasable directly from D&D Beyond's marketplace on Sept 3rd.
Sorry if I missed it or this if a repost, but are the side kick NPC cards, art and descriptions in the adventure? I don't see them. If they aren't can they be added like the quest cards (actually a searchable/formatted page is better then scanned graphics, but I'll take what I can get). Thanks
Edit: I see something else asked this as well. I would add them if possible, I think they are a great resource and even though I have the paper cards, I always run everything off my laptop and don't want to haul them around.
I recently added the Icespire adventure to my account. I am new to D&D Beyond content, so pardon me if I don't understand. I was disappointed to find that all of the secret doors on the player maps are entirely visible, which essentially makes them unusable in their digital form. Do the player maps typically come this way?
So as it stands, we're always going to accurately mirror the content that Wizards of the Coast publishes. If Wizards of the Coast should publish any errata/update to the map then we'll update the adventure with those changes.
Thank you for the response. So if I understand it, there are currently no tenable player versions of those maps available, then? In order to save yourselves a headache, you may wish to remove the links to "player maps" if there are visible secret doors on the map, otherwise other DMs are going to run into the same frustration I have. As you can imagine, I am unable to use these maps in their current form, which is disappointing to say the least.
I will follow up Wizards of the Coast directly to resolve this.
I may simply be missing it, but currently I don't see any way to access the Sidekick cards (images and character descriptions), just the rules about sidekick mechanics. Is this up somewhere and I missed it? Is it planned but not currently up?

They aren't included--at least not currently. But the more requests there are for them, the better the chance that they will decide to include them eventually. Thanks for asking!
Just making sure to note that my redemption code contained two instances of the "font friendly" 1,l, or i. I really like the concept of a code to unlock DnDB content from a hard-version purchase and this was one of my primary reasons for grabbing the Essentials box set. Why Courier, Courier New (1,l,I,0,O) or a similar font isn't the immediate go to for this sort of code is beyond me. Seems second nature for a programmer to avoid using fonts with confusing characters. Live and learn? Now to sit back and wait while trying to determine who among my friends gets the 50% off of the PHB since I already have it. Thrilled to see no "crazy" characters in that key.
Despite this hiccup, thrilled with the idea and with path DnDB is going.
Yes, I am having trouble too. I have a mysterious "311" (or is it 3II or 3ll) in the code; tried all possible combinations but to no avail. I sent an email to them with a picture of the unlock code. Haven't yet received a reply.
In the level-specific versions of the sidekick stat blocks (Expert, Warrior, Spellcaster - Healer, and Spellcaster - Mage), it looks as if the proficiency bonus for saving throws is being applied twice.
I have contacted Wizards support and they told me they would forward my concerns regarding the maps to the "appropriate teams" whatever that means. Of course, they closed my ticket without resolving anything. I guess I'll just check back in a few months. I was really looking forward to using the maps for an upcoming campaign, but I'm not going to be able to do that now.
It is truly weird to me that they aren't included. They're mentioned IN the module and were written FOR the module. It's like leaving out any other NPC. I can port the art in easily enough by just scanning it, but I'd rather have it already up. It'd also be nice if the images used for those characters got added to the database of PC images freely available in the Character Builder. More variety is always nice!

Yeah that's not that good. Is Dndbeyond in contact with WotC regarding this? It seems like a obvious mistake.
In the sidebar for a Sidekick, the field for a Warrior's "Protection" reaction isn't listed, making it not visible unless one goes to the full monster listing for Warrior.

Yes, I have it on three devices
Did you use the app to activate the code?

Ah, no, sorry. Activated here first, then downloaded in the app.
Will we be seeing an update to the App version soon? Bugs like the "Page 5 Link Me" persist there.

versus
It's especially noticeable in the 6th-level versions of the stat blocks.
According to the sidekick rules, a 6th-level warrior should have a Con saving throw bonus of +5, not +8.

Typically official publications don't provide "player versions" of maps.
Some of the map artists create player versions and sell them separately.
D&D Beyond work to provide player versions of maps wherever possible.
