I created a custom sidekick for an adventure, and for some reason it's not calculating proficiency bonus for saving throws or skills. I double-checked, and it appears to be deducting the proficiency bonus from the value I entered for the homebrew monster when displayed as an Extra on the player's character sheet. It displays fine under My Homebrew Creations.
Sidekicks are sort of a hybrid of monster and character and, if I recall correctly, they work a little oddly with regards skills and saving throws - you need to use the additional bonus value and the Challenge Rating is used as their level. I am not sure how much of this can be used when homebrewing though.
For example, here's how the skills are set-up for the Warrior (level 2):
I do know that, once the sidekick system completes playtest and is published, we'll have full support for it on D&D Beyond.

Thanks for the help. Saving throws are still off (I don't see a way to tweak them), but I got skills to display correctly for now.
When I scan the QR code all that happens is that it takes me to a generic D&D Beyond page. I don't receive any additional content.
Does it take you here? If so, click on the “continue the Adventure” tab and you will see the additional adventures that are “coming soon.” None of those are downloadable yet.
The codes for the adventure on DDB and the 50% coupon off the PHB you have to type in, although the font used makes it difficult to distinguish between the number 1, capital I and lowercase l (L). I think there may also be issues with zero and the letter O.
I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but while the DnDBeyond version of Icespire Peak has the Quest cards available, it does not have any of the other cards such as magic items or, most distressingly, the pre-generated sidekicks! To specify, I am talking about the characters, such as Quinn Hightopple, Ruby Hammer, Pickled Pete, and the other wonderful characters in this diverse crowd.
It would be really useful for users to have these, so they could, say, use the images to show players in online games, re-print cards that have accidentally gotten lost or destroyed, or (in my case) use the art to make combat tents.
Is leaving these out intentional?
Second part:
After trying out the sidekick statblocks in use, I think I've found a few bugs.
One is in homebrew; when creating a homebrew and looking through the list to make a copy, sidekicks ONLY seem to be available levels 2-6? Theres no base one to make a copy of.
Second one is reverse; when searching in the monsters section, ONLY the base version of any sidekick comes up.
Thirdly, while in homebrew and adding sidekicks to character sheets I see that separate stats have been made for spellcasters (arcane) and spellcasters (healer). This is great, can we get the same thing for warriors (attacker) and warriors (defender) please? It's a much more minor change compared to spellcasters, but it would make it much easier in use. I, personally, find that players tend to get confused by 'monster' statblocks as it is.
Fourthly, sidekicks have really highlighted a major issue with added 'extra' statblocks to character sheets in that it seems you can only view them in the sidebar version (it would be nice to be able to open them to take up a whole other tab) and the sidebar version always omits reactions for some reason? So it means that players don't actually get to see the protection ability (main feature) of the warrior (defender).
Has there been an update to the secrets drawn on the playermaps? I am currently manually covering things up in photoshop :D Would be nice if those would be fixed though.

Some of the map artists create player versions and sell them separately.
D&D Beyond work to provide player versions of maps wherever possible."

First - I will pass this feedback along. Second/Third/Fourth - Once the sidekick system completes playtest and is published, we'll have full support for it on D&D Beyond. As it is in playtest a lot of its features are still developing. I will pass your feedback along.
Quick note, and I know it's not youse guys, but the Butterskull ranch map states 1 square is 5 feet, for both the farmhouse (correct) and the farm (incorrect).
It appears that the Farm is about 50 feet per square.
Storm Lord's Wrath, Sleeping Dragon's Wake and Divine Contention, all show up in my iPad app, Divine Contention wants to charge me $3.99, the other 2 show unavailable, I have owned Dragon of Icespire Peak since day one it came out in Target and I redeemed it here on DDB. My understanding is that Storm Lord's Wrath, Sleeping Dragon's Wake and Divine Contention would all be included with Dragon of Icespire Peak. Please advise.

All of the licenses for the users that redeemed the Target exclusive code are being updated as we speak to unlock the three additional adventures. I'd give the system another 15-30 mins to finish the update.
There are monsters and magic items in DOIP that are not in the Basic rules. There is at least one report of a user being taken to the marketplace to "buy" those items instead of having them provided. See my response to their post in another thread here for more detail.
I unlocked my Essentials Kit adventure on the website but it doesn't show up anywhere in the app, will it be added to the Compendium at a later date or will it only be accessible via web browser?

I bought this adventure specifically for the pre-generated sidekick characters that come with it (including art, description, quest, etc.), but they're not there! Please add them as to me they are the best part of this product, and the adventure itself even states that you need them for playing with a single player which is what I wanted to do.

I see all 3 new adventures, but it still wants me to purchase anytime I click a link inside the table of contents (I am a Target code owner).
I've just been updated and have access to all, as expected. If anyone is still having troubles you may just need to wait a bit longer.
