Anyone find how to choose your deity? In order to choose your domain you have to choose a deity but I can't find a deity choice anywhere. And without it you can only choose the life domain.
For the beta test, only material from the SRD and Basic Rules is available. The other official material will be added at the final release. The price for that is still to be announced.
For the beta, only the rules and options provided in the D&D 5th edition SRD , D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, Elemental Evil Companion are available in Beyond. Once the full platform launches later this summer, the core rule books and others will be available for purchase, and the content within will be available for those that purchase, or have access through a DM's subscription.

Aside from that, the choice of a deity is not really mandatory in 5th edition.

D&D Beyond FoundersFilcat is correct, a cleric chooses a domain and 5th edition doesn't define any need to pick a deity to follow, for that to happen.
