I wouldn't call it small; no matter what I mentally substitute for [Tooltip Not Found], I can't get the sentence to make sense.
According to the SRD it should say "restrained in this way, the target must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming petrified" seems maybe some misplaced tooltip identifiers.
I know this is a small one, but an issue is an issue.
As the title says, there is a broken tooltip on the random table for Wand of Wonder in the 98-00 section.
