I've purchased PHB,MM and DMG. I can access items from the MM to view creatures or in the character builder to add classes and such from the PHB but I'm not seeing any of the Compendium content other than what was already in the free rules.

I had the same issue - in my case I'm using Chrome and it had cached the redirect.
I resolved it completely closing Chrome, then restarting it.
