No I get those functions and how they work but they are not working for me, sorry if I was unclear. I check them and execute those keystrokes but the messages remain unmoved/deleted.

Has this been resolved at all yet? I just made a folder for some PM threads and moved them into the folder... but the folder itself is nowhere to be seen. Maybe the threads will pop up again when somebody sends another message? Hopefully? In any case, thank goodness I've got the important thread on my browser history or I wouldn't know how to access it anymore. :(

Anyone have any clue on how to delete old messages as well as move them to folders?
Thanks!

Select those you want to delete, then select on the bottom "Mark as deleted".
For the folder, there is a "Create new folder" button on the top. Again, select "Move to" from the drop menu on the bottom and choose the folder.

Oh, I see. The only option I can suggest is to try another browser.
Otherwise, the last ship would be to contact support: https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
Ok thanks!

I am having the same issue deleting PM's... something is definitely wrong there...
I did some testing and there appears to be a problem, so I have marked this thread as a bug report.
Additionally, if a message is saved as a draft, you then can't send it.

Same here, that don't move at all.
