Items like Eyes of the Eagle grant advantage to perception checks, which should add +5 to passive perception. This is not reflected on the character sheet when wielded/used/attuned.
The bonus from that magic item only applies to perception checks related to sight, but not to other senses. So it is not an overall bonus, but a conditional one. My Robe of Eyes is the same. I usually just tell my DM that my PP is 25 for sight and 20 for other senses. 20 is what D&D Beyond shows.

It’s a little tricky, I admit. Perhaps creating a conditional field for these cases (20/25 for your example). It’s just one of those rules that can be easily missed unless the sheet provides some nudging.
Sentinel Shield gives advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that is unconditional. The character sheet is not including advantage in Passive Perception scores.

I'm guessing that this will be covered in the eventual deluxe character sheet revamp.
