Played with this to see what I could duplicate. Here is what I found using a chrome browser and simulating going to smaller sized screen by narrowing the browser window.
1) I see the screen as above, but I have a scroll bar so I can slide it over to get Show all Monsters and the 2nd half of the monster list choices.
2) If I then click on All monsters I can then scroll back and forth on narrowed screen with all of the list now showing up properly in the scrollable list.
Since you don't have the scroll bar showing up, GrinningGrig, what browser are you using on your iPad? I'm on chrome on Windows 8.1 desktop and have the scroll bar showing up above monster name. If you can duplicate it on other devices say which one and the browser being used.
EDIT: Was going to try testing in MSIE, but exploder seems to think my logging in always has errors no matter what I do which is why I NEVER use it unless testing things because well, some people do use MSIE.
Thanks for the confirmation, Briseadh. I didn't realize clicking All Monsters corrected the issue, but that shouldn't be needed... Ideally, changing the orientation/browser with should adjust accordingly with no blank area. Maybe I want to keep my previously selected filters or don't realize there is the scrollbar. (It seems on the iPad scrollbars are invisible until you select the area and start scrolling.)
I didn't put browser originally because I saw this behavior in FireFox and Safari on an iPad; and in FireFox, IE 11, and Chrome on the desktop Windows 8.1 (when narrowing the browser window).
Incidentally, I get the log in issues on the desktop in IE 11 and Chrome now too... seems for the password every character entered is doubled.

The same issue can even be recreated in a browser if instead of turning to portrait, one narrows the browser window sufficiently.
This still appears to be an issue. Please fix it when you get the chance. Thanks!
