Just for your information, I’ve been programming for over 30 years, and I’d be embarrassed if my code only worked on some of the platforms it’s supposed to support, and your smart ass answer stopped me from buying additional content today. It’s an iPad with the latest version of iOS (I always update so that I don’t have to listen to excuses about how my app isn’t working because I haven’t updated the OS).
I dont know about smart ass answers. I do know that if I had the version numbwrs of device, iOS and DDB app, I'd pass those information to the team myself. Still, I don't have those information.
I provided you with 2 comments on this post that say what device I have, what version of iOS I am running, and provided pastebin links to Console output when I was running the D&D Beyond app on my iPad and I received a crash with absolutely no content downloaded. Was that information sufficient or is there something more I can do to help provide information to the developers?

Indeed, I have already sent this thread to the devs team. They will answer here as soon as possible.
Thank you! I think that's all most of us are wanting is just some kind of idea this is being worked on. I deleted and re-installed on my iPad (same information provided as before) and exact same issues. No issues at all on my Android phone.
First, let me thank everyone in this thread that shared their device information to help us troubleshoot these issues.
Yesterday we released a stability patch (version 1.0.5) on the App Store / Play Store. We hope this patch resolves your issues but please let us know if they persist.
I downloaded it last night and on my iPad the app has been, from what I’ve seen so far, completely stable! Thank you so much, D&D Beyond Mobile team! Y’all rock!
Just downloaded and it already seems much more stable. content switching is faster and more seamless. That was the biggest thing that guaranteed a crash before. It's super-zippy, too! Awesome upgrade. Thanks so much!
