The title says it all..... I'm not seeing MTF or the companion adventure in the app.

I second your query...that being said, neither the source book nor the adventure are showing up on the menu on the site either. They are available only if you click on the index and scroll down. So my guess is that things are currently being integrated and it will show up In the mobile app soon enough. Hoping sooner then later as I was hoping to skim through the monsters for some future encounter planning.
Tome of Foes and the adventure, Rrakkma, have been released on the mobile app but we ran into a small hiccup.
The mobile app released the content roughly 12 hours after the main website received the content. The app, however, only checks for updates once every 24 hours (to help improve startup time and reduce network chatter). This means, if your app checked for an update and didn't see one, you have to wait 24 hours for another update check. This is obviously very inconvenient but usually useful feature.
So all you must do is wait. The work around would be to reinstall the app (and on Android, ensure you give the app external storage permission), however this comes with the added inconvenience of logging into the app again and reinstalling all your other sources.
In the future, this will be addressed and the update for new content releases will be immediately available on the mobile app. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for the update and the commitment to make certain the same thing doesn't happen again.
By the way, although Rrakkma does show up in the app now, I'm unable to download it successfully. MToF downloaded fine though.

on iOS reinstalling the app did nothing but wipe out the existing content. :(

Your workaround to reinstall the app didn’t work. Lost all my bookmarks to boot. Last time I preorder or go straight digital.
The app is still in Beta, the book is still fully accessible on the site, they’re fixing it so this NEW issue doesn’t happen again with the next book release, uninstalling the app will obviously erase your info (such as bookmarks), and preordering has no effect on price or your product being delivered to you, so I’m not sure why that is a “solution” to your frustration.
That said, it is frustrating that this issue arose. I’m sure they feel frustrated as well.
Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it will not necessarily work.
The post above from XXPX1 explains why there are delays - uninstall and reinstall MAY work, but your best bet is to just wait and that way you don't lose your bookmarks either.
Sorry, rushed wording on my behalf - I have corrected now. The point I was trying to make is that, due to the nature of the issue, reinstalling isn't guaranteed to allow the download.
The mobile browser experience is honestly much better than the app. Have some patience. If you aisle need to read it right now this service then stop reading and just go read it.
I'll wait...
Alright, so anyone left are clearly the problem because they don't understand the term BETA VERSION. in the future, they'll probably just give us a manual refresh button to refresh within a 24 hour cycle. Easy fix for next time. Rrakkma will be fixed soon in the app as well soon. Until then, if you can download an app then you can STILL ACCESS THE SAME INFO ONLINE USING A MOBILE BROWSER. There's no content restriction at all right now. You're not being denied your content. The only thing that's not writing is an unfinished BETA VERSION app that is free for anyone to use. It's just a weak content medium and there's a much better one available right now using the same devices being used right now.

Because the threads were merged there seems to be a few issues (and forgive me, as I am not a savvy tech person, so I may get this wrong):
1) The inability to download (MToF) which XXPX1 addresses above (I , fortunataley do not have this problem, and successfully downloaded it)
2) Rrakkma is an available option to download on the compendium, but after a brief moment of “downloading” it ceases to do so, and once again says “download” —-this doesn’t seem addressed (and admittedly, this is the Issue I am struggling with)
Also , let me add a possible third:
3) After download MToF, the image of my PHB disappeared— i can still access it, but the blank gap on my compendium annoys the completionist in me. Hopefully this can be solved easily

Just wanted to post an issue. I've seen others have this problem as well. Please confirm if you're having the same problems! This is in beta, so its partially our job to make sure the Devs know so they can fix it(: So far, everything else when it comes to the compendium content is awesome on it!
Devices: Android phone (S8+), Android tablet (Note 10), and IOS device (whatever the most recent Iphone is) Issue: New adventure will not download, though it does show download button, and you can click it and tap "download." Nothing happens after that though. My device will flash the download symbol in the upper corner as if it tried, but will not grab any date from the adventure.
Thank you to the devs for your great work!

Last I heard, it's coming sometime "today." Some people have managed to see it pop up on their devices. I'd love to hear an official update too.

The Grand Nagus is correct; I can see the adventure but telling it to download has no effect.

I uninstalled the iOS app, reinstalled, relogged in....still no new book
Just a note

Fair enough. Wasn't meaning to harass you. Just trying to understand. I'm sure you're running all over the place right now (electronically speaking)

Correct, and I was reporting a bug. We don't need to be educated on what a beta is, but thank you.

I could do not disagree more the APP version of the books are much better to "read" than the web version.
So given the timing of all this when should it hit the app version?
