I preordered ERLW and it correctly shows on the website, but it doesn't show up in the mobile app.

On the other hand, I haven't preordered Rick & Morty, but it shows up as a link to the marketplace.

So it looks like ERLW really is missing.

I did everything, including reinstalling the app, and it still doesn't show up as downloadable in the app.

Same thing here. Logged out and back in, reinstalled the app, still nothing. The book works fine online but doesn't even show on mobile. 

I’ve got the same problem on both iPad and iPhone. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling which usually works, but ”Rising from the Last War” still doesn’t appear.

Same problem here. It’s very annoying when you can’t access content you have paid for. What is going on?

Usually when people know they won't be able to deliver on time, they say so and apologize in advance in addition to say that they'll notify when they deliver. Apparently not here.

This is the last time I preorder.

When will this book be available to purchase on the app? I have cleared my cache, logged out and back in, removed the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Now, the FAQ adds insult to the injury, I feel like a second class citizen to use only the app.

I see the book in the app on my tablet fine, but for the life of me I can't find it in the app on my mobile phone (both android), this is quite strange...

And now it's on my phone, too, so I guess it's (app) live now...
