I've installed the DND Beyond app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, but the app crashes every time I attempt to load the compendium, spells, or any other content. How can I fix this? (I'm running Android 4.4.2)
Hello Proton20! It looks like you may be running an old version of Android, which may impact the performance of our mobile app. I would recommend trying to update your Android version, and letting us know if that helps.
I'm having a similar problem, just got a used Tab E and I can use the app but the dice rolling does not work at all! It's running Android 7 (last update for that tablet) which is supposed to be sufficient for the D&D Beyond app :( Sad to see it doesn't fully work with the Android versions they list.
I'd use the website but it's god-awful slow on mobile
The minimum version listed for the D&D Beyond app is Android 6. I'm running Android 7.1 but the dice rolling feature is completely non-functional. I bought this tablet specifically for D&D. Is it supposed to work with older versions or is the app description misleading?
