The app is only a compendium of official content. It does not have any UA content nor any of the critical role content (which the blood hunter is). It also does not have any other features of the website. No articles, no character builder, no forums, etc.
It's not meant to be a 'dndbeyond app' it's meant to be a handy compendium of all the content and I'll admit it really does a good job of that. You download all the content so it can all be used offline too.
Fortunately, the mobile site itself is very mobile friendly
Although I hate to necropost, I feel it is now a good time to ask; now that official Critical Roll content is becoming available through the app, is there any chance Blood Hunter will become officially integrated into the app like the others, especially with the acquisition by WoTC?
Even with the critical role books, Blood Hunter isn't an official piece of content. It is homebrew that is integrated with dndbeyond because of their partnership with Critical Role.
Hi,
is there a reason I can not find the Blood Hunter in the App?

Maybe because it isn't in a book? I haven't checked the app.
