Hello.

I tried to create feat, which asks for choosing some weapons from martial weapon list for proficiency.

Under modifiers Proficiency, I could not find any options for choosing. There's big list of weapons and tools, which I can chose manually in feat creation.

But idea is, that I want to player choose, what he wants to be proficient with. So, is there other workaround, or there's simply not such option (for now)? Any plans for such option?

To conclude: There's lacking option to add drop-down for choosing a some type of weapons.

You're almost there. Modifiers > Proficiency > Choose a Martial Weapon (or Choose a Simple Weapon/Choose a Weapon)

The Choose a Weapon modifiers give the player taking the feat the ability to choose which weapon they want to be proficient in.

If you have the Player's Handbook then you can copy the Weapon Master feat and see how the modifiers work within it.

Well, that's curious then. Because, I own everything I could buy in DnDbeyond.

And here's what I have (All options, which start with Choose). (I also checked weapon master and clearly can see modifiers, but when I do it in my own created feat, that's what you can see.)

You may have hit a permissions issue/bug. VillainTheory is a moderator, and moderators have more extensive permissions than we "regular" users do. Sometimes options in the homebrew builders are unintentionally limited to moderators. 

That appears to be what's happening here. You should have at least a dozen or so options between Charisma Saving Throws and Urban Bounty Hunter Tools, and those are just the 'choosing' options. This potentially means a lot of different options aren't appearing across the rest of the modifiers tab.

I'll flag this as a bug and make some noise. Thanks for identifying it and stay tuned!
