This is still an ongoing problem because I own the players handbook and it is not showing the circle of the moon for myself or my sister who also owns the Players handbook. It has circle of the land but no circle of the moon in the drop down menu for a 3rd lvl druid.

Which players handbook do you own? If it's the 2014 one, you need to turn on legacy in the character builder and pick the legacy druid class.

Where can I find it in the market place? I’m struggling a bit
players handbook, if you want just the subclass scroll down a bit to the section for individual purchases
