Echo Knight is from the Explorers Guide to Wildemount. You don't have to purchase the entire book to get the Echo Knight: you can purchase just that subclass. To do so, in the marketplace, find the entry for the Wildemount book and click on it to go to the full page about that book. Scroll down the the subclasses section; you can choose to purchase just the subclass there.
Note that once you do, you will need to turn on Critical Role content on the first page of the builder to access the Echo Knight.
I'm having the same problem, book is purchased, critical roll content is on and no echo knight as a subclass
Is your character a Level 3 fighter?
Echo Knight is a fighter subclass, and fighters choose their subclass at 3rd level.

Content is controlled at the character level, especially if you bought it. Gohere, and check 2 things: that at the top it says your entitlements are in sync, and that Echo Knight is showing up under Current Product Licenses.

Hi all. I am the DM of my group, I have almost every bit of extra content purchased and everything turned on. My players can see almost everything, but this sub class isn't showing. And wouldn't you know it, one of them wants to play the one subclass that's broken in dnd beyond. -_-

For probably-licensing reasons, it's not available yet. You need to either have them build a 2014 fighter, or homebrew a copy.
To add on: At least homebrewing is as easy as opening 2 windows side by side and copying everything word for word. You shouldn't have to type anything out yourself if you already have it, just a bunch of copying and saving.
Are we expected to purchase the newest Players Handbook to see content we have purchased in the past?
I am missing TONS of content when I try and make new characters, and I have purchased every single player facing supplement except for the one with the frogs.
So you're not alone OP, this seems not limited to just the Echo Knight.

-All your old content is still available with the 2014 classes -Any reworked subclasses won't show up for the 2024 classes unless you buy the 2024 PHB, but the Free Rules subclass and any other non-reworked subclasses are supposed to -To see the 2014 classes, you need the Legacy toggle on -Most subclasses ARE showing in the list as expected; Arcane Archer Fighter and Phantom Rogue are bugged, third-party is unavailable for now

I have subscribed and purchased the Player’s Handbook. What else do I need to do to make options like Echo Knight available to my characters?

Did you remember to enable Critical Role content?

Yep, showing every other option... Is there a chance my DM may have turned off Critical Roll content?

It’s not working anymore, got any fixes for that?
what is not working anymore? hard to know if there are any fixes for it if you don't say what's not working anymore
this, it’s not working anymore, can’t buy the subclass by itself
yeah they remover that option, you have to buy the book now. if you already bought items from it you can still claim the discount via support
