Search is terribly slow, can actually take up to half a minute to search for things. And if you manage to get through, the search is now case sensitive.
If I want to find the sending spell, I type in "sending" in the search bar and get no results:
If i search for "Sending" then everything pops up properly. This is beyond idiotic. But most annoyingly, everything takes forever to load. It shouldn't be faster to go to game rules -> spells -> search for spell -> clicking the spell than just typing the name of the spell in the search bar.
I don't know if it is a problem on your end or they fixed the issue, but I just tried "sending" in both the search field at the top of the main page and the one under spells and both times I got results for the Sending spell.
Just tried "Doppleganger", and got the "failed investigation" message.
"Doppelganger" worked fine for me just now. It seems likely that what's happening is some kind of intermittent issue on the backend, like a request timing out, and it's just that any error coming back shows that same screen. They obviously have some issues they need to work out here, but trying the same search again when it fails might help.

At the time, I tried it three times in a row with the same result, over the course of twenty minutes. As of this moment, I just got the same result. My thought process is that I do not own the "6th edition" version of the core books, nor will I. I'm thinking that their search function perhaps doesn't use the 2014 edition books any more. That's mere conjecture on my part, though. It's a minor inconvenience, because I can just go to "Sources", choose "Monster Manual 2014", and it's right there in the contents but it's still annoying.

You might want to try again.

I got the compendium result for Doppelganger (which can get you there with an additional step) but not the monster page.
It has nothing to do with 2014 content. Search function's just been broken for months.
