Taking a base creature and being able to tack on a character class for them. Example: Encounter with 2 Orcs. One is a Fighter and the other a Barbarian.
Or even a way to just customize some of the base creatures. Example: A giant rat that had something happen and now has a poison effect with its bite.
Choose a template, either Guard or Veteran (fighter) and Beserker (barbarian). Go to the home brew monsters and create them using the templates, add the orc traits, modify the CR if required and you’re good to go.

You can already do this with homebrew monsters.
A monster builder (that will make homebrew mpnsters easier) is planned.
