I use the DND Beyond character sheets for online play. I shared my sheets with my DM and he cannot access the description section on mobile. This is for the website, which has a mobile interface, not the app.
Is there any reason for this, and could you please fix this? The description section is not filled out in its entirety in either; could that be the issue?
if you generated a link using the "share" function, then that is a read-only version of the character sheet, designed to be shared with friends over social media etc - it doesn't allow readers to look at the description section.
If your DM creates a campaign on D&D Beyond and your character joins that campaign, the DM will have full access to the character sheet.
This confuses me a bit. The description section is exactly the sort of thing I would want to share when I share my character. I'd be less interested in sharing, for example, my spell slot/bardic inspiration uses that I would my height/weight and background.
