Probably not because outside some set campaigns there is no specific "world of D&D". Some campaigns will feature in their own settings but D&D by and large has no set world. You make it up as you need to. It's your world to build and change as you want.

As Appendix C of the Player's Handbook points out, the D&D multiverse consists of various worlds sharing one Material Plane; the Forgotten Realms is just one of many settings.
There's probably maps from previous editions that have the entirety of the Forgotten Realms (or the planet Toril) but the Realms tends to go through cataclysms between editions and it's unlikely those maps are still accurate.
well with a few hours of careful looking... tadaaaaa
That map is missing a few (or rather, most) continents found on the world it depicts a portion of. Most officially published maps are missing a few continents of the words they depict, across most settings (I think Eberron might be an exception, but I'm not sure about that).
In the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting hardback book for 3e there was a large full color map of Faerun. Which is not the only continent on Toril. Which is not the only habitable planet in the material plane.
But it's still a totally badass map.

which world of D&D? Mystara/the Hollow world , Greyhawk, Krynn, Athas, Bruce Heard's Calidar and that does not even touch on 3rd party settings or the world a lot of DM's spend years of their lives working on. there is so much more out there than the Forgotten Realms

that has all the cities/places?
Or are there only the small chunks of maps ?
Either way, I can't seem to find anything outside of what I can see in my campaign books.
Occassional Dungeon Master.
There's a very large high res map of the Sword Coast, but not an entire world map of Toril in 5e.

This gallery has some nice maps.

Searching Abeir-Toril gives some good results too.
I think that's pre-Spellplague? If I remember right, Kara Tur is on the other version of Abeir-Toril now.
Kara tur moved? Suck, lol. A lot of what I found was 3rd ed or previous for sure
I am absolutely wrong. I was just looking up something about Thay and noticed Kara Tur listed in the Sword Coast Adventure Guide.
Yay!
With Eberron now being released in monthly installments will there be a map packet available soon?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.
Yeah, it would be a scary scary place if Kara-tur magically moved.

All I know is bulder's gate flooded. Like a giant hole in the center wasn't enough. X3 maybe people shouldn't live there anymore
