I just love how the EU customers that are buying MORE books are being punished by Wizards. Will we hear anything from any staff or are we stuck with having to speak with bots?
So, I received a response from Scalefast saying that I chose "dispatch all products together" during checkout. I don't remember being given a choice and I would never have chosen to wait until the end. Does anyone else remember seeing this?
I have the sneaky suspicion that Scalefast is trying to save shipping costs here. The option was (at least last week) hidden. If you just went through the order process, the wrong option was selected by default.
I would simply tell them to change that option. If they don‘t comply, welll… then cancellation or patience are the two only options.
