I am from Europe and I have purchased the 3 books, physical + digital format, through the European D&D website -> https://dndstore.wizards.com/eu

In addition to the usual rewards for pre-purchasing the books (34 character frames, 15 backdrops, and 15 sets of digital dice) will I get the following?

- Dragons of D&D digital art
- 50th anniversary Gold Dragon digital mini
- Golden D&DBeyond Dice Set

Just to be sure, and to clarify the doubt for all Europeans who have done the same

Ah I was just about to post this !!! Im worried about buying any of it till there is confirmation I will receive everything as theres no mention of any pre order bonus on the UK site. 

It has been confirmed you will get them.

Speaking as a former game store retail worker, individual stores choose when they're going to say "yes, you can preorder", which is dependent on when they order their stock so they know how many preorders they can initially take. That might not match with when Wizards gave the green light.

If one orders a digital bundle do the preorder perks apply? From the digital bundle page it appears to be so, but elsewhere there seems to be the implication that they only apply to a physical+digital bundle.

If one orders the three separate digital+physical bundles for each of the three books from the EU or UK store, would the perks apply?

If one orders a digital bundle do the preorder perks apply? Yes, and we've made it clearer for you to understand exactly what you get when you preorder. You can take a look at the DDB Marketplace pages to see what you get with each bundle. The UK and EU stores will be updating their pages soon.

i think i saw someone on here say as long as you order all 3 together you should get it when they come out. but im waiting for proper confirmation

I find your post weird. This might be my brain not working properly.

The only preorder bonuses that exist for these books at all are the ones you listed.

The community manager, whose post I quoted, confirms you get the preorder bonuses - so, the preorder bonuses you list are the ones you will receive.

I am at a loss at what else to tell you. 

Let's see if we clarify this, because there is an impressive mess in the forums

When you PREORDER the new books, they give you different things for doing it:

- PHB: 10 frames, 5 backdrops, and 12 digital dice sets—one for each class
- DMG: 12 frames, 5 backdrops, and a digital dice set for your character sheet
- MM: 12 frames, 5 backdrops, and a digital dice set for your character sheet.

But the rest of the rewards, that is:

- Dragons of D&D digital art
- 50th anniversary Gold Dragon digital mini
- Golden D&DBeyond Dice Set

They are only mentioned in the D&DBeyond bundle edition, exclusive for the USA

Now, I hope this is clear - the question is, if you pre-order everything from the EU website specifically (each book separately of course), do you also receive the last mentioned rewards, or just the typical ones for pre-ordering.

Yes, that would seem to be the case. You get everything if you order all 3 book bundles on the EU store in one purchase.

though if we did this doesn't that mean they wont post the phb till the mm comes out ? As im sure it says if you order more then one item it will all come as one when the last thing is released ? 

It has been confirmed by DnDBeyond staff that they will ship seperately. It only ships all at the same time when theyre waiting for restocks of old books, not releases.

Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast customer support. Customers outside the United States are able to purchase the three-core rulebook bundles separately on the appropriate D&D Store. At this time offers in the D&D Beyond Marketplace are valid in the US only.
 
That said, customers who purchase all three core rulebook bundles from the above dndstore.wizards.com will still be able to enjoy the exclusive preorder bonuses that come with the Core Rulebook Bundle available on the D&D Beyond Marketplace. 
 
The release dates for the books are as follows: 

2024 Player's Handbook – 17 September 2024
2024 Dungeon Master's Guide – 12 November 2024
2024 Monster Manual – 18 February 2025

Physical Orders: Each book will be shipped before the date above to ensure the best chance of receiving it on or by the release date.

Digital Orders: Once you have successfully redeemed a preorder code, the product should be listed on your Current Product Licenses.  On release day you'll have full access to all of the content in your Sources
 
Customers who pre-ordered digital versions of the upcoming 2024 Core Rule books will receive the following items in the D&D Beyond account. 
 
Player's Handbook (available now):

• 12 sets of digital dice, one for each class
• 5 static frames, 5 animated frames
• 5 backdrops

DMG (available closer to release date):

• 1 set of digital dice
• 7 static frames, 5 animated frames
• 5 backdrops

MM (available closer to release date):

The 2024 Core Rulebook Bundle Bonuses are as follows (availability TBD):

Amazing summary Davyd, thank you for taking the time to write this up. 
Gave me the confidence to buy the non-US only bundles. 

To further clarify, if you place an order for all 3 of the global bundles at the same time, they aren’t shipping them as each book releases. I bought all 3, and am still waiting for a players handbook. I reached out to support, and when they finally got back to me a week later, I was told that as I placed them all as a single order, they would ship as a single item when all 3 physical books are available. This is clearly not what customers intend, and feels very scammy. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The problem I had was that I had ordered some stuff from Wizard's EU store before so my shipping adress was prefilled. That meant that I didnt see the option to ship each of the three new books seperately because it shows up when you fill in your shipping adress and info. Finally, and unfortunately for me, Costumer Service just got back to be after waiting months for an answer. They cant change the order to ship the books seperately. Ill have to wait to get all three books when the new Monster Manual releases.

Disgusting isn't it. Clearly that isn't what the customer expected or wanted. They just take your money, and ship it to you 6 months later when all their other orders are filled. I never would have order all 3 if I had known. This is just a punishment for ordering all 3 at the same time. Incredibly misleading. 

Nightmare bud, but there was a clear option that came up for me to confirm if i wanted them when all 3 or to dispatch as and when they come out. Got my phb early. Shame they cant split it for you. I haven't had any issues with using WIzards EU store here in the UK.

 Yeah, its clear if your adress doesnt come out prefilled like mine, the option only shows up when i choose to edit my adress. I think a bunch of people missed it because it was hidden behind the prefilled adress.

Yup, I never saw an option. Don't think you could describe it as "clear" if it prefills the other way.
