Does anyone know what date the early access mentioned for Preordering the PHB actually is? I haven't seen any indication that it will drop earlier than the Sept 17 release date.
Does the early access apply to shared content? For example, if I have Master Tier will other players in my campaign also be able to read it on September 3 or will it not be available as shared content until the release date?

Yes, I believe someone from D&DBeyond said that any book you have access to will be shared, so it applies to the new books' early access aswell.
Do we know if those on master tier who preordered will be able to create characters on the new rules from Sept 3? Or will this only be available after regular release date?

Nothing for sure, but we do know that some moderators already have access to the new character creator options, so I see no reason why the new stuff wouldn't be added to the creator as soon as it's available.
it's now sep 3 in Australia and I don't have the early release of phb for Master tier. I only pree orderd the phb only not the set, do I still get the early realise

It will release for Master Tier subcribers after the maintenance period on September 3rd from 5 am to 9 am Pacific time

I suspect it's the 3rd Pacific Time Zone. Which means it is currently 3pm Monday the 2nd, and a National Holiday, so no one is in the office. (Labor Day USA and Labour Day Canada.)
Edit: Darn it all, I have this habit of trying to be helpful at the same time a mod responds with the exact info needed. BTW thank you for the times on that.

September 3 if you're a Master tier subscriber, September 10 if you're a Hero tier subscriber.

I pre-ordered and still don't have the promised early access. Even upgraded to master. Where do I find the early access content?
Ha! Wrong month... I got excited...
Thought my account was broken. And Wizards doesn't have a number to call and I used Google to sign up so not user friendly in that regard.

It's probably noteworthy that they're doing maintenance two weeks before it should go live.
