When making a new character in the character builder it only gives options for two feats to be added. In the players handbook there are several options for features for different classes but in the character builder is only gives you two options. How do we correct this?
You have to purchase the content here in order to use it. So, if the feats you want are in PHB, you'll need to purchase the PHB here, in order to use them in the character builder.
