Unless you're playing a Mystic, Artificer, Revised Ranger, Spell-less Ranger, Sharpshooter Fighter or Lore Master Wizard, odds are what you're interested in made it into Xanathar's Guide.
While I find the UE stuff interesting, I wouldn't (probably) allow any of it in my local campaign. That being said, they're missing out on not including it as a purchasable option. Heck, I'd probably buy It, just to read up on it easier (the ranger options and the artificer *are* Intrguing).
It takes time to get content added and working. Much of the development team time is currently being spent on the character builder and character sheet, which is looking awesome btw!
With the impending release of Xanathar's Guide to Everything (which will be available on D&D Beyond) we'll then know what the content of that book is.
Can you imagine, if D&D Beyond implemented the various Unearthed Arcana classes & subclasses, then took them away because they were now part of XGtE?
I think there would be a lot of unhappy people.
So, short version - any UA content will be after the release of XGtE.
Thanks for the input. I guess I came across as salty, I'm just looking to support wizards and play. I was a subscriber under 4e and now using Beyond. I like the tools.
Is it possible to create a character using the D&D Beyond builder with any of the Unearthed Arcana materials (or is the only option "Homebrew")?
The UA material is not part of the builder at this time. It has been said that they hope to add it eventually, maybe.
Most of the Unearthed Arcana subclasses and spells will be in Xanathar's Guide to Everything. I can't speak for the D&D Beyond team but I assume they plan on releasing XGtE as soon as it comes out, and the toolset will be updated to include those subclasses/spells/feats/etc when you buy it.

My group has a revised ranger and a theurge. Not having access to those class builds is awkward.
