Um.... make it up? Use the Tolkien stuff as a basis, or something similar like the infinity stones, or the Green Lantern rings (along with the other colors), or whatever sounds cool to you. Use the Dungeon Master's Guide to gauge the power level of artifacts. Build stories around them. And go from there.
i saw similar post on another rpg forum lol probably the same guy ... when you do a google search you can see there is some kind of book about that but it's like totaly independant books nothing about D&D world i guess he only have to buy that book or whatever then read it or contact the writer of that book i dunno but i dont think he will find the info here + he seem to want us to do the job for him lol
