Looking for a game as a player, either online or local. I’ve played a lot, though that was quite a long time ago and generally homebrew. My availability is pretty flexible in the evenings, or daytime at weekends. In terms of time zones, I’m in GMT, and looking for a roleplay-kinda game.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: either Experience: a few years Location/Timezone: GMT, southwest uk Availability: evenings and weekends Preferred role: Player Game style: roleplay, casual-ish
In same boat too. I'm a UK player looking for a game on Saturdays
Gme: D&D 5e Group preferred: either Experience: Some 3.5 (childhood), little 5e Location/Timezone: GMT, South uk Availability: Saturdays Preferred role: Player Game style: roleplay, casual-ish
That all works for me! I'd be happy to DM in the future, I just want to get a campaign or two under my belt to refresh my my memory. I’ll edit the thread title
Hi all. I'm also UK based and looking for a group. I don't mind DM'ing occasionally but don't have much experience in that area. Saturday's would be my best day but I am willing to look at what evenings I can be available
I would be interested in this as well if one can be set up
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: either Experience: about a year of 5e more of older editions Location/Timezone: GMT, southeast uk Availability: friday evenings and weekends Preferred role: Player Game style: roleplay, casual-ish
Hey I'd be interested in joining too! I'm available most weekends and friday evenings, I've got experience with pathfinder, 3.5 and 5th edition as well as other games.
I know pretty much nothing about this game but am available most days and evenings I prepped some characters such as a Lvl1 gnome wizard, elf ranger, and dwarf paladin I also made an experimental human wizard at the start but Messed up on the equipment ( gave em a little too much) my time zone is GMT 1+ from Algeria. And I would prefer if we played online on r20.
Am just wondering If we can play on Roll20 and if we have someone to teach me the mechanics am not in the UK like most of you are and don't really know Dnd all that much.
Yeah I don't mind. It might be a good idea to set up a session 0 to decide what we all want out of this group. IE, do we want to run official campaigns or homebrew, Make a persistent world that we can build together through loose story arc connected oneshots? That kind of thing.
It would also be a good idea to agree some bits and pieces around character progression, allowable material etc, maybe come up with a loose charter and so on
Let me know what you all think and we'll get something set up

Hey, If we could find a GM and maybe 1-2 additional players, we can create our own (online) group!
If you guys don't mind playing with an absolute noob, I'd be up for joining in. Looking to get a good introduction into some campaigns.
That all works for me! I'd be happy to DM in the future, I just want to get a campaign or two under my belt to refresh my my memory. I’ll edit the thread title
I’m Norwegian and quite fresh at this but wouldn’t mind joining if you guys still have room

sounds like we have enough people to get a game going. if Saturdays are good and we have someone willing to DM

I'm fine with using roll20 for online campaign.
Looks like we have 10 Players with potentially 2 DM's in the group, i'd say that's good a start, if everyone is still go to join
I’m still good
I'm still good and have some roll20 experience. I also have discord experience if that's something people wish to explore
Hey guys, you can count me in!
Am still good ! Just need a little teaching my name on R20 is Ali B.
I can be found under the same name (and profile pic) on roll20. I have discord too but will give that out on a private channel.
I'm happy to help organize the group (as i am a producer/project manager), but need someone to step forward to DM
@papervolocano or @Shamash_Kimbatuul are either of you still good to DM.
I'm not able to DM until late-May, but if @shamash_kimbatuul can DM to start, I can follow up
