Hi! I'm running another homebrew ravenloft style campaign for the 2024 rule set, and I'm looking for about 2 players to join us into the mists.
Some baseline rules before we get further! NO AI USAGE and NO BIGOTS are welcome at my table. You'll be starting off as a lv. 5 HUMAN with the chance to become something...other later on. No exceptions!
We're thinking of playing around 8 PM CST for about two hours each game, on Fridays.
We'll be using a combo of Discord and DDB sheets/maps. Please leave a bit about yourself, what you're looking for in DnD, and your favorite part of the game below as well as your discord handle. I will reach out to those i feel will mesh well with the current party! NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
Thanks so much and may your rolls be natural 20s!
EDIT: it slipped my mind to mention that this is an entirely free game!
Hi, I’ve been playing 5e for a little less than a year and Ravenloft is my favorite setting by far. I’m 40/f and I’ve played in two campaigns with the 2024 rule set so I like to think I’m familiar enough to run a character in it without too much coaching.
I very much enjoy role playing but I also like a good crunchy combat. I have previously played Bard, Rogue, Ranger, Warlock and several other caster/support classes. Never played a pure tank, but if that’s what the group needs I’d be willing to take a crack at it. I have all the required tech for an online game (mic, decent computer, good internet etc.)
(20m) Hey there, I've played 5e on and off for about 2-3 years now, but I have not played with the new 2024 rules, so I might need to study up on the changes that were made. I enjoy the combat aspect of DnD, and I am interested in getting more into the roleplay side, but I'm not sure how good I would be haha. I'm hoping for a game that has light-moderate roleplay and a mixture of serious and unserious gameplay. I've played mostly dps/tank roles, but I want to try different character types, so I would be willing to fill a role as required. My discord is quincywaldo66. One slight problem might be that I am currently studying abroad in Italy until December 20, so scheduling might be a bit awkward for me, but depending on when the campaign is going to start, I might be able to make it work.
