Hello. I'm a brand new DM! I'm interested in people who are casual, easy going, and don't take the game too seriously. I want the theme of the story to be lighthearted. Emphasis on storytelling, rp, and social interaction. This game will be Waterdeep Heist Tuesdays @ 5:00PM PST. It's level 1-5. We will be using Roll20, DnD Beyond, and Discord. New players are welcome as well as veterans. So if you've never played this adventure or dnd in general, then this game might be for you. This will be 18+ and LGBTQ friendly. Leave your discord so I can reach you to interview. Please also give a little about yourself like pronouns, age, what you like to play, and what you want from this dnd game. Hope to hear for you all.
Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is a thrilling urban adventure set in the bustling, intrigue-filled city of Waterdeep, also known as the City of Splendors. Players dive into a story of political power plays, criminal underworlds, and hidden treasures. The plot revolves around an enormous hoard of gold dragons (Waterdeep’s currency) stolen from the city and hidden somewhere within its walls.
Adventurers are drawn into the race to find this treasure, competing against dangerous factions like the Zhentarim, the Xanathar Guild, and more. Along the way, they'll encounter eccentric NPCs, navigate secret lairs, and explore iconic city locations. The module also allows for customizable villain arcs, featuring figures like the ruthless Manshoon or the infamous Jarlaxle Baenre.
The game is ideal for players who love social intrigue, heist planning, and uncovering mysteries, with the potential for swashbuckling combat and city-spanning chases. Whether you want to play heroes seeking glory or morally gray rogues with their own agendas, Dragon Heist offers a dynamic playground for adventure!
Old greybeard player. Yes, the picture is me and the beard is natural.
I usually play "boring" character types (non-casting, frequently human) and try to present a memorable person.
What I want from any game is fun and some social interaction. I can be a very tactical player, but most of the time I want to get past the combat and back to interacting with everyone in a less rigid structure than combat needs.
I have a little over 5 years of dnd 5e (2014) experience and currently have been playing an Eberron campaign with a lot of home brew elements. I’ve never played this adventure and it sounds like fun! She/her, 25, my comfort class is cleric but I have a lot of other ideas for fun characters depending on what the party needs. I mostly enjoy medieval fantasy campaigns that loosely incorporate cool technology/mechanics, but I am also finding myself interested in other unique settings like the Obojima campaign that’s been advertised as wells as twists on modern fantasy. Honestly I’m down for any setting if the plot captures me haha! I only have experience with 5e but am happy to learn others if needed. I enjoy good mix of combat and roleplay, but especially enjoy the times where PCs grow deeper bonds in downtimes. I am CST and free Monday-Thursdays after 5 for an interview. :)
Hi! 22 (She/Her) I’ve been playing dnd for almost a year now, so I’m still somewhat learning. So far I’ve only been in 2 campaigns, 1 was a home brew that we weren’t able to finish and then the one I’m in now is a d6 based system. I’ve only played spell adjacent characters but I want to try playing a fighter or a rouge type character if possible and if not that’s okay. I’m looking to have fun especially because this setting seems really interesting!
43 (he/him). New to D&D, but very excited to learn and have some of the core books I've been reading. Looking for a game welcoming to newcomers, as well as a fun adventure that will create laughs, challenges, and good memories. I really like story and interaction, and am not a min/max player.
Hello Lemon, Looking for a new campaign to join. Mine disbanded over the holidays. Been playing dnd since 2nd edition in the 90s. I'm in CST, so Tuesday 5pm PST works fine. Got time for a chat about joining the game? Damian
Hi lemon. I'm new to dnd so this would be my first campaign. I'm 33, he/him. I'm okay to play anything if a role needs to be filled. Hoping to make some memorable experiences with other pc's. Discord: Russengan
I am interested, 49 M, he/him, 8+ years of 5e along with time in older editions and some other systems. Please let me know if you have any questions. Discord: ncfishboy
48 M, he/him, have played both 2nd edition and 5e. I have used Roll20, DnD Beyond, and Discord to play. 5:00PM PST game time works well for me (7PM CST).
I'm interested in a casual, fun game and like to incorporate humor into my game play. I like both RP and combat, but combat is not worth much without good/fun RP. I have played Wild Beyond the Witchlight so have experience with a RP leaning game. NPC interaction, gathering clues and figuring out puzzles is a plus. Level 1-5 and 18+ and LGBTQ friendly sound good to me. I have not played Waterdeep (just read the main premise), so was thinking rogue, druid, monk, wizard or bard, but have played a few different classes (cleric, fighter/mage, rogue, ranger, druid). I'm not terribly picky when it comes to class as I like to try different things.
Happy to chat, if you like, when works for you. Weekdays after 3:00PM PST and weekends are usually good for me.
A little over a year of experience as a player, I'm a layer back player who loves to rp. Not really sure what else to put here 😅 I'd love to join your campaign though!
Hi my name is Sami, I am a moderately experienced player with several games under my belt and days of research done. I have just begun getting into the roleplay aspect of the game but i very much enjoy character creation and worldbuilding(or learning). I am very friendly and easy going. I typically have my sundays open and am eager to join in a more active campaign, i'm in one now that meets once a month and has canceled the last 2 games... i'm jonesin! i'm 38, transgender woman (she/her), thick skinned and easy going as long as no one is overtly rude (it's never happened yet) very creative. love to have fun and some laughs without derailing the game of course.

Too weird to live, too rare to die.
So, timeline for moving forward? Keeping the ad open longer? Cool! Do you have a plan for how much longer?
