Will we have access to the Forums on the app? I can't wait to use it... with my laptop going to that special place in the sky I need it... it's such pain to use on my iPhone 8. Is there a way to make it optimal for my phone that I just haven't figured out?

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

I had asked this question when first the app development was mentioned. At the time I received a negative answer, but I don't know if things have changed on this during development...

Came here to bring up that I managed to find the alpha on my phone, just did a random search for dnd beyond and it popped up as an early access app. Pulled it down, nice to have my books offline. There's some major issues (hyperlinks don't work for some reason, and it downloads a manifest file every time it is online, and if you are on a slow connection the manifest file takes a while to download), but it's a nice start, and while hyperlinks don't work, search features seem to be working fine. However, for some reason Lost Mines of Phandelver brings up a continuous error when trying to access it offline, only force closing the app fixes it.
I have had so many issues with joing this. Was invited, jumped through all the hoops to be on board but always dead ends. I must be rolling 1's...twice now I have been told Test Flight would contact me but I have not. 2 months and no luck...and yes, I have contacted support. Ms. Robinson is very helpful and quick to reply. One plus to my struggles. She has always replied quickly...
...and once again the support at Dnd beyond is amazing. No auto-response. Ms. Robinson replied really quickly already. Her Dexterity is 25-30 easily. Hoping a follow up message will help me out...but I had to give her a shout out.
Perhaps I've missed it, but does this alpha allow access to content for other people I am sharing content with in a campaign? None of them can see the resources except the basic rules.
I just starting using app and I love that this allows the content to be downloaded locally on my mobile device. It's nice that I won't have to worry about bringing the physical books or having access to the internet if I'm traveling. The bonus of that too is how fast it is to navigate between pages as well. Looking forward to the future updates!
Back when I had ordered the legendary bundle just a bit before XGE release, I had gotten an email to download it but all it ever did was say it hasn't been published yet and a week later it kept saying "You need to download a browser" and then close so I deleted it. Is that a resolved issue and if so, is there a way to have the download link resent?

You only lose if you die. Any time else, there's opportunity for a come back.
Well i got the app but i cant access my ToA Book, it has some kind of country limit on the app. very disappointing when i cant even access the stuff i purchased (twice, Hard cover and Digital on Beyon).
Is the App only going to be an E-reader or will I be able to look up and modify my characters in the future?
The app is starting out as an eReader, but will evolve over time to include the character builder, sheet, and other future tools.
That's good to hear, because right now, it's of limited use unless players can bring their characters with them to a RL Game session. The searching through compendium is great, don't get me wrong, saves lugging a bunch of heavy books around. But it would be nice to add the rest of the features of DNDBeyond to the mobile app instead of whipping back and forth between the browser which is slow and if you dont have wifi....
The Mobile App crashes constantly on load while loading the compendium images. I currently only have access to basic game rules so all the other source books direct to Marketplace. But I can hardly ever get to any of them from the mobile app due to all the crashes. It starts to load, then boom! :(
Running the latest update of D&D Beyond (1.0.2) on iOS 11.2.6 on an iPad Mini 2 (ME280C/A) 32GB.
It doesn't seem to matter if I have my iPad in landscape or portrait mode.

Are you still adding more beta testers? I wish I could participate.
See this post by Badeye. They opened it up to the public, not sure how many spots are left though.

I use summon instrument to summon my kettle drum, hold it overhead like Donkey Kong, and chuck it at the nearest kobold.

Hello!
The app is sweet. I've downloaded the Basic Rules.
But the in-app purchase is not working for me.
I live in Brazil and I use Android. Some prints below.

No, shared content is not available yet. It is in the plan though.

Since it opened up to the public BadEye posted new links/signups.

Great job on the app! Please keep it up!
Would love to see support for the forums and pbp built into the app!

I find the browser experience to be very much perfect.
I also always have WiFi and mobile reception. Where are you guys gaming where there is no wifi or mobile?
