Is this still true that I can run/share in up to 3 campaigns?

And so far, it appears that is still the plan when the VTT rolls out as well. I do wonder about the 3d models, if there will be default ones included in purchases, or if there will be additional purchase requirements. I expect to see some microtansactions for say different poses for creatures, npcs and such, similar to the dice.
Hi I am a subscriber and have been for years. Why is DDB customer service not replying to my request for help. They cancelled my hardcopy of the PHB because of their error and no one will talk to me.

Looks like they removed the perk "Early access to DndBeyond tools" and changed it to One or Two 'weeks early access to core rulebooks" which is only useful for the next two books!

I can't seem to find a clear answer on this. Is the content sharing per campaign limited to 12 characters or 12 players?
It says on the Subscribe page: 'You can share your books and compendium content across five campaigns with up to 12 players each'
It used to mention a cap on the amount of characters as well, but I see that wording has been removed.
