The way into the wooden hut seems quite clear. The front door is slightly ajar. Peeking inside, Jinx sees Teleya's green glow. The pixie is sitting beside a shape that looks like a bundle of cloth piled on the ground, a collapsed body by the looks of it.
It's a small, modest looking hut. A single bed made from leaves and straw. There's a small lockbox at the foot of it. A small hearth with a dirty pot resting over long dead coals. And the body. A person wearing a dark brown cloak with the hood draped over their face. The person is sprawled across the floor lying on stomach. Teleya sits nearby, weeping in her hands. She doesn't react to the sudden arrival of Jinx.
Thokk looks up from shoving the berries into his mouth, learning from Snow that there was more than one giant berry. "Mhhhmfmmmh?" Thokk says with the berry in his mouth, he swallows and tries again, "Who is it?" Thokk will go look at the body.
With a (maybe not so gentle?) tug from the half-orc, the body rolls over. A halfling man with light colored hair and many freckles lies before you all. There's dried blood splattered on his face, hands, and clothes. A very, very feint breath stirs from his lips.
Dmitrei administers the healing fruit to the fallen druid. It takes a bit of time, but eventually the fruit does its job and the halfling's eyes begin to flutter open. "Wh-what's going on?" he looks around at the strangers, then Teleya. A feint smile spreads across his face. "Teleya, who are these people. What's happened?" Through tear-filled eyes, the Pixie says kindly,
" Oh my. I thought you weren't going to make it, Drywhel. Thank the sages--and Dmitrei here." Teleya nods to the druid. "It looks like you were attacked." she says looking at his wounds. Drywhel looks at this hands and an expression crosses his face like he suddenly remembered something horrific.
"I was. A creature, unlike anything I've ever seen before. They came out of nowhere, like a shadow. I was in the prayer chamber, and I ran for my life sealing the chamber behind me with the four keys. The creatures stole them though. I managed to hide, but was badly injured. I remember crawling back to here and then... nothing. I thought I'd be dead for sure." He shutters a little, and lets out a weak cough.
(OOC: for clarification, the medicine check was to see the effectiveness of the berry. The medicine roll was enough to bring Drywhel back to 1 HP, but he's suffering from a level of exhaustion.)
Jinx apologies profusely to the party. "May the light of Ximesi guide you all," she says feeling a sudden dread that something has happen in her mountain. "I must leave. Stay safe guardians and good luck," she calls before bounding from the cavern and into the forest.

"Jinx's is leaving, probably some kind of holy thing. I don't really know much about holy things though so it could just be a regular thing that dwarves do." Faen tells the half-orc, shrugging as she looks back at the dwarf's retreating figure.
"I hope she'll be alright by herself. But as you were saying sir. You were attacked by something? Do you have any more details about what it looked like? Or can you tell us anything about the keys you mentioned." She quietly asks the halfling.
Thokk shoves them all in his mouth, in a matter of seconds they are in his stomach.

“This must be Drywhel. Move over I have one last berry that’ll help him a little bit.”
Dmitrei says as he maneuvers Thokk away from the body and attempts to get the hafling to eat the Goodberry.
